Sapphire
I've created my own fork of the Ruby programming language, called Sapphire.
Why? Why not wait until Ruby 2.0? And what about JRuby or Rubinius or IronRuby? I'll save that explanation for another monster post, possibly on the O'Reilly blog.
BTW, the PM tool I'm using there is Redmine.
